The FPPP diagnostic

The free scan shows you where you stand on the criteria it asks, and where your own answers contradict each other. What it cannot tell you is whether you would pass — none of the criteria that decide that is in it. The diagnostic runs the whole pack, those included, and says what to do about what it finds, in what order, and what each item costs in calendar time.

See it before you decide

The whole diagnostic, run over a fictional issuer's answers and published in full — the executive summary, the priority × effort grid, the sequencing, every finding with its effort and owner, and the same PDF and Excel exports. Produced by the product rather than written for the page, so it cannot flatter it.

Already have access?

Opening the diagnostic asks for a username and password — your browser will show its own sign-in box. We issue those credentials with the engagement; they are not a sign-up, and there is no account to create. Nothing else on this site asks you to sign in.

What it costs

For scale: the published band for technical-accounting IPO readiness work is $0.3m–$0.8m. That figure is PwC’s own, and it is quoted here with its source and date rather than as a saving we invented — we would rather you check it than take it from us. PwC, Considering an IPO? The costs of going and being public (September 2012)

£5,000

One-off, per diagnostic — not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel. It covers the full run over all the criteria, the report, the PDF and the workbook, and the credentials that open it.

The closest free tool to ours is Deloitte’s IPO SelfAssess, which promises tailored results within two business days. Ours answers in ten minutes, in your own browser, with nothing stored and nobody to talk to first.

How to buy it

By email. There is no checkout on this site and no account to create. The order step composes the message for you — company, listing route, target admission month — and hands it to your own mail client; you get back an invoice and the credentials that open the diagnostic. Nothing you have typed into the free scan reaches us on the way, and nothing typed on the order page is submitted anywhere either.

Closing what the diagnostic finds is work your own team and your own advisers do. If you would rather we were involved in it beyond the diagnostic itself, that is a separate engagement with its own scope and its own terms, and it starts with the same email.

Don’t have access?

Start with the free scan — 15 criteria across all nine areas, run entirely in your browser with nothing stored. It is the same engine and the same pack, and it will contradict you where your own answers collide. What it deliberately leaves out is the 7 criteria that stop a listing outright: every one of them is in the diagnostic, and none is in the free scan.

A management tool, not an assurance opinion. The confirmation under UKLR 24.3.2R(5) can be given only by a sponsor, and the FPPP opinion only by an appointed reporting accountant.
