Dataset as of 16 September 2026 · 165 rows from 1 January 2026
The six rows added since the last edition are mostly exits and one arrival, and the arrival was already a listed company: Literacy Capital plc moved from the Specialist Fund Segment to the closed-ended investment funds category of the Official List. The other four rows record cancellations and the suspension that preceded one of them. The published cumulative counts now stand at 36 admissions against 60 cancellations, a net flow of -24, with 50 suspensions on record.
Coverage runs across the six rows added between 9 September 2026 and 16 September 2026, comprising five trading days from Wednesday 9 September to Wednesday 16 September 2026. Figures are as of 16 September 2026; the dataset begins 1 January 2026.
1. The week's only arrival was a venue transfer, not a new issue
Literacy Capital plc's intention to float was recorded on 9 September 2026 and its admission on 11 September 2026, both flagged as transfers from the Specialist Fund Segment. The company's ITF announcement states the shares were expected to trade unconditionally on the Main Market from 8.00am on 11 September 2026, and the exchange's admission notice, headlined "Readmission", records the cancellation from trading on the segment at 08:00 the same day. No fundraising was mentioned in either row. The company said the move had been communicated to shareholders over recent months, and that the chair was being replaced ahead of admission to satisfy UKLR 11.2.12R(1).
2. Three cancellations, each following a scheme of arrangement
Picton Property Income Limited's listing was cancelled on 11 September 2026 following the court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement for the recommended all-share offer by LondonMetric Property Plc and Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited, effective 10 September 2026; the exchange's notice records the same cancellation at 08:00 at the company's request. CyanConnode Holdings plc was suspended on AIM at 7:30am on 14 September 2026 at the company's request, and its shares were cancelled from trading on AIM at 07:00 on 15 September 2026 following the scheme for the cash acquisition by Esyasoft Technologies UK Limited. Devolver Digital, Inc.'s common shares were cancelled from trading on AIM at 07:00 on 16 September 2026 at the company's request, after shareholders approved the cancellation with 90 per cent of votes cast, alongside a tender offer. Each exit was put to shareholders and each was recorded at the company's request.
3. Cumulative flow remains negative, and transfers are a material share of arrivals
As of 16 September 2026 the record shows 36 admissions and 60 cancellations, a net flow of -24, with 50 suspensions. The share of admissions that are venue transfers is 0.4166666666666667 on a sample of 36. Money raised is GBP 1,562,166,881, stated by 15 of the 36 admissions. Seven intentions to float are on record, of which two are live and none stale. The median ITF-to-admission gap is 22.0 days on a sample of five. The post-ITF completion rate is withheld because the sample is too small to mean anything.
