19 October 2026

Archived edition — written against the dataset as it stood on 19 October 2026, and its figures have not been restated since. See the current tape

The week added four rows: two admissions (one a transfer, one from an offer announced before the dataset began), one proposed cancellation awaiting a vote, and one suspension on the Aquis Growth Market.

  • Admissions since 1 January 2026 stand at 39 and cancellations at 63, a net flow of -24, with suspensions at 54.
  • The share of admissions that are venue transfers is published at 0.41 on a sample of 39.
  • The median ITF-to-admission gap is published at 22.0 days on a sample of 7; the post-ITF completion rate is withheld as the sample is too small.
  • Money raised was stated by 17 of the 39 admissions, totalling GBP 1,613,758,986.

Dataset as of 16 October 2026 · 176 rows from 1 January 2026

Four rows were added to the dataset in the week to 16 October 2026, and they cut in different directions: one admission by way of transfer, one admission from an offer announced before the dataset began, one proposed cancellation awaiting shareholder approval, and one suspension of a company on a different venue. Across the whole dataset since 1 January 2026, admissions stand at 39 against 63 cancellations, a net flow of -24, and suspensions at 54. Of the 39 admissions, 17 stated money raised, totalling GBP 1,613,758,986. The median gap from an intention to float (ITF — a company's public statement that it intends to list) to admission is published at 22.0 days on a sample of 7; the post-ITF completion rate is withheld because the sample is too small.

Coverage: four trading days, 13 to 16 October 2026. Dataset as of 16 October 2026, running from 1 January 2026.

1. Two admissions, and neither is a fresh start

The week's two admissions came by different routes, and both carry a caveat worth noting. Roundhouse AI Ltd was admitted to AIM on 13 October 2026 as a transfer from the Aquis Growth Market; the dataset records no intention to float for it, so it does not add to the ITF cohort. Airtel Mobile Commerce N.V. was admitted to the Main Market on 14 October 2026 following an offer announced on 9 October 2026, which falls before the dataset's window, so the preparation timetable for that listing is not observable here. The share of admissions that are venue transfers is published at 0.41 on a sample of 39. Neither row tells a reader anything about the length of either company's FPPP preparation, because the starting point is not in the data.

2. A proposed cancellation awaiting a vote, not yet effective

Everyman Media Group PLC appears in the week's rows as a cancellation dated 13 October 2026, but the note records it as a proposed cancellation of AIM admission, subject to general meeting approval on 30 October 2026. Readers counting net flow should read that row carefully: the dataset carries it as a cancellation, and the arithmetic gives 63 cancellations against 39 admissions, a net flow of -24. What the row does not show is a completed exit; the shareholder vote is still ahead.

3. A suspension on a different venue

NYCE International Plc was suspended from trading on the Aquis Growth Market on 16 October 2026 under Rule 5.1(3) of that market's rules. That is a suspension on Aquis, not on the Main Market or AIM, and it says nothing about any application under UKLR 24.3.2R(5). Suspensions in the dataset total 54; the rule cited is Aquis's own and should be read against Aquis's rulebook, not the FCA's.
